From my initial questions, to initial set up, to initial check request, Corey and Brandon answered all my questions (and I had a lot), walked me through the process with a screen share session, and have continued to be there for me. They are willing to explain anything I want / need to understand, which was a super confidence booster for me. This app has made it so easy for us to pay our vendors by check. It saves us so much time now that we no longer have to mail out checks ourselves.
