The Checkflo app uses the address from the Edit Vendor/Supplier/Customer window (A) and NOT from the check expense window (B). Please verify that the address is complete and correct to avoid returns.

The address information pulled from the vendor screen in QuickBooks Online window (A) is correctly saved, with all fields properly identified—address, city, state code, zip code, and phone number. This level of detail is necessary because Checkflo must submit this information accurately to shipping services such as USPS, FedEx, and others.

In contrast, the address stored in the “Check” section window (B) is a single text field, which does not reliably distinguish between these components. Relying on this format increases the risk of misinterpretation and incomplete data.
